stately home remodel & addition

Our Los Angeles-based client bought a stately old home in east Nashville, it had great "bones" but needed lots of tlc as well as enlargement in a fashion consistent with the existing structure and the historic zone in which it is located.  We worked with their architect and our own engineers to create a much larger, more comfortable and thoroughly updated and convenient home that maintained the look and feel of its roots.
